Fabulously comfortable and welcoming. xx
Loved every minute what a great family business. Thank You so much!
Katy and Lorraine could not have been more helpful or friendly, and the breakfasts and afternoon cakes were to die for. Loved the avocado toast with poached eggs, feta and tomatoes, and the home made granola and compote; in fact all the breakfast choices were superb. Thank you for the recipes. Tips for other travellers As recommended by our hosts, we too would recommend the Church Inn in Ludlow. The Ludlow Food Centre near the race course was also worthy of a foody fix.
We were given a very warm welcome by Lorraine and Katy, and were made to feel ‘at home’ straight away. The cup of tea with a slice of delicious home made chocolate cake and home made choc biscuits (gluten free) were so welcomed after our journey, and gave us an opportunity to chat and learn about the local area. Our room (1) was outstanding. Very comfortable bed, lovely view of the garden, en suite shower room/toilet with radiator and heated floor (luxury!) Tea and coffee making in the room, with fresh milk available from the fridge in the breakfast room. Flat screen television and two arm chairs. Now breakfast: what a treat - choices of cereals and home made compote (warm and delicious) and good choices of cooked breakfast including fresh eggs from the hens in the garden. Our stay was fabulous and we highly recommend The Graig and would like to visit again. Tips for other travellers There are many places of interest in Ludlow and this information is available from The Graig. We went to the Unicorn pub (less than 10 minutes drive) which had a very good menu for evening meals and the landlord was very pleasant and helpful. The pub is an interesting old building and the atmosphere inside is vibrant.
Excellent - a lovely time!

Rooms very well equipped and extremely comfortable beds. Thank you for the delicious tea and cake too. Tips for other travellers A beautiful area, lots of National trust properties to visit, Ludlow Castle very interesting and Ludlow itself is delightful. "We loved staying here. We were made so very welcome. We had a beautiful, spacious, room with delicious chocolate to welcome us and a wonderful, freshly cooked, breakfast to send us on our way. We would heartily recommend The Graig to anyone. It's just outside Ludlow, so quiet, but only by 10 minutes so you are close to everything needed. And Colin and Kate are the perfect hosts. Tips for other travellers We had dinner at The Church Inn (one of Colin's recommendations). It was absolutely superb pub grub in a friendly atmosphere. Colin gave us other recommendations but we were scruffy so went pub. Ludlow is a beautiful, vibrant, foodie town with loads to see and do and a thriving market."
